Learn to Earn is a program designed to help you build digital marketing skills; that’s our primary purpose. However, simultaneously you will be developing other incredible valuable skills such as entrepreneurial, teamwork, project management, communication skills, and so much more. Did you know that, according to Forbes, effective verbal and written communication are the most important skills you need at work?
We often think that because communication is a natural skill for us, we own it. In fact, not everyone has the proper business communications knowledge to write well compose emails, have professional phone calls, and present their ideas before a large audience. So, these are valuable skills which employers want to see in you. Learn to Earn is here to help you improve in the areas you need.
What Students Do at L2E Program?
Collaborate
As a student, you will work with others on a variety of projects. You will be involved in setting up a new strategy for a business, as well as executing and micromanaging different tactics from the plan. You will get an overview of the whole process from start to finish and gain insights about performance at the end. The insights will show you how well the strategy is performed. Collaboration is what students do at L2E the most, so it will be expected.

Solve problems
Problem-solving is another valuable skill you will probably learn in our program. Although you won’t be the leading decision-maker on solving real business problems, you will be expected to share ideas and brainstorm with us. Two minds are always better than one, aren’t they?
Meet deadlines
Meeting deadlines is expected from all team members because sometimes if one person is late with his/her work, this may affect the next member’s work. However, if you give us a hand up in advance we will be able to reassign your work to someone else and still meet our deadline. We are a very supportive team.
Develop new skills and have fun
Lastly, we want you to have fun and enjoy what you are doing. By allowing you to choose the things you want to work on, we expect you to enjoy doing them. Learn to Earn is a unique learning program by itself because it capitalizes on your strengths and provides you with a flexible, fun culture where you can thrive. So, learn and enjoy the process.
